About the same as getting into a lot of other countries, zilch. The 12 months in prison is a big no no for a lot of countries, and after brexit europe could be out.
Currently they can't travel abroad without the probation officers permission anyways. ESTA will be refused, waiver will be refused. Trying again in 12 years time may work, if they can stay out of trouble.0 -
