Today had a call from DWP regarding booking in a pip assessment I he kept giving me dates and I said I don't know I need to speak to my dad to take me I said I wait for letter and said I'm getting stressed out as I had a ESA assessment and said can I have it on papper he said we can only do it if your in hospital or prison which confused me very much

They won't stop it will they it not due to end untill August it's stressed me out and made my anxiety go everywhere

The ESA assessment is nothing to do with PIP as they are looking at very different things. Very few PIP assessments are purely paper based and if you don't attend then it is very likely that the benefit will be suspended.
You should get a letter with an appointment date. If you can't make that date they will allow it to be changed once and only once, so when it arrives speak to your dad to come up with dates he can make.

Most people have face to face assessments, even for a review. It's rare to have a paper based assessment. Your current PIP award won't step but if you're given an assessment date and time you will need to attend, otherwise your PIP will stop. You can only cancel an appointment once, then you must attend the following one.
