Can’t retune dab - vw polo help!

So a few channels on my dab need to refined. I’ve tried scanning and gone through all channels and even refreshed the channel list yet the channels haven’t retuned.

I’ve checked the dab list and the 2 channels I miss - kisstory and mellow magic still aren’t appearing.

Any ideas please??

If you have a dashcam fitted some of them can interfere with dab radio

Some stations are only are only available in certain areas, this may have change recently for these two stations which are owned by the same company and may share bandwidth.

If the signal is weak where you try to tune the radio might not store them. Try retuning parked somewhere else.

I had to do it through my steering wheel controls - try that if your car has it? press scan first, then scroll through with steering wheel controls till you find the station again?

Thanks all, mystery solved. I was trying to access the channels through the saved preset buttons. Once I updated those, all was well
