    Op - your valuation was subjective and it's best to get an objective valuation. The property is clearly overpriced so just walk away (your valuation is worth fiddly squat at those levels). Clearly even if you think it's worth it, when you come to sell your next purchasers will not.

    walk, even if you can get a mortgage, your going to run into trouble on selling or remortgaging, having negative equity is not something you want
