How much to put in a small window?

We’ve just bought a new build & the developer has forgotten to put a window in! It’s just a small one so I was wondering how much it would cost to rectify and put one in (so cut bricks out, replace with a window and make good)? Has anyone done this? Thanks

If it was on the plans I'd add it to the snagging list for them to do....Top item.0

I've done quite a few, but why should you have to pay when it's a newbuild?0

Rather than having it put in now (there are already 2 windows in the room), I’d consider them spending an equivalent amount in the garden hence trying to gauge cost.0

What size is the window? What floor is it on?0

Say 625 X 1045MM.
Thanks!0 -
If it's on the ground floor I'd want about £600 in labour for everything including internal making good.
Materials including window and lintel would be extra.
Is it a timber framed construction, or brick cavity block?

So probably the best part of a thousand!?
It’s ground floor brick cavity so I guess that’s easier for them.
Thanks for your help!0
