Just checking, is this the right place to get title deeds and plans from please? Preferably not costing a fortune!! Thank you.

    You need to go to https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/land-registry instead.

    The site that you linked to is a commercial site that just resells information for an easy profit, it will get you exactly the same results, but slower and for more money.

    If you're ever looking for an official government site of any sort then always make sure it has the .gov.uk suffix. The only people that can legally get these are departments of the UK government.

    You'll find plenty of scam DVLA, passport and TV license sites trying on the same thing. Unfortunately because they pay for advertising the scam sites can appear higher up than the real ones on search engines.
