MSE Energy club no longer loads

I have been alerted by MSE Energy club that my tariff is no longer the cheapest option. When I follow the link and login to my account the page hangs endlessly with no tariffs showing. My status shows "switch in progress" when in fact the switch from Outfox to So Energy happened on the 21st of December.:mad:

    It can take 3-6 months to get your cashback.
    That's when your CEC account will be updated.

    You could request that your CEC account is released sooner if you really want to switch again, but you may miss out on the cashback for the first switch if you switch again before the cashback is paid.
