If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.
The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Forest Holiday
There is one prize of a seven (7) night stay for one (1) winner and up to five (5) companions at a fully equipped Forest Holidays Golden Oaks cabin with private hot tub. The winner will have the choice of the following locations:
· Ardgartan Argyll Scotland;
· Beddgelert Snowdonia;
· Blackwood Forest Hampshire;
· Cropton North Yorkshire;
· Deerpark Cornwall;
· Forest of Dean Gloucestershire;
· Keldy North Yorkshire;
· Sherwood Forest Nottinghamshire;
· Strathyre Scotland; and
· Thorpe Forest Norfolk.
The Forest Holidays Golden Oak Cabin includes the following (“Cabin”):
· a fully integrated kitchen;
· decking area with outdoor dining furniture, hot tub and professional gas barbecue;
· flat-screen TV, featuring the ability to order food and drinks to your cabin from the Forest Retreat; and
· a log burning stove in the living area.
The Cabin’s hot tub should be used in accordance with the Cabin Prize Provider’s terms and conditions: https://www.forestholidays.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
The First Prize also includes the following excursions for the winner and each of their companions (“Excursions”):
· one-day bike hire; and
· a ranger adventure where a ranger takes the group out into the forest to learn about the animals and plants (roughly 2 hours long).
Reservations for the above Excursions are required and the Cabin Prize Provider shall arrange such Excursions with the winner when booking the rest of the Prize. Please note that age restrictions may apply to the Excursions. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to any applicable terms and conditions and/or health and safety guidelines relating to the Excursions.
Please note that the Cabin stay and Excursions must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation, booked in advance of the trip and the Cabin Prize Provider must be given four (4) weeks’ advance notice ahead of booking the winner’s selected dates.
Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Cabin Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
The First Prize excludes any transport to and from the Cabin, meals and drinks, excursions (other than those set out above), attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
