KDL-32wd75x Registration button not working

Reference Sony KDL-32WD75X TV
The RECORDING SET-UP button that I get to via HOME/SETTINGS/SET-UP/RECORDING SET-UP for registration and deregistration of hards drive will not work, as you can see from the attached link below it is in faint print against the others in the list. does anyone know how to rectify this problem.
There is supposed to be a reset button for the tv but after Googling it for instructions I cannot find it.
