SSE - online billing not working correctly

Has anyone else ever experienced a problem with SSE where the online billing displays incorrect (and missing) information? Up until recently this has worked fine but as of today the billing totals are wrong.


On speaking to customer service they describe it as a problem that will be resolved but having just done some reading about their poor customer service I remain unconvinced.

I've just started a thread as my Sse bill has reduced DD from 81 pounds per month to 34 pounds from March when according to bill I had used 117 for each three months over winter.
This is y 1st year since early 2018 with Sse from SP.
I had to call last month and request my readings to reflect on website account correctly.
I enjoy Sse as the bill is quarterly tough do is monthly -took me a while to understand bills charge for 3 months a time not 1 month.
Only concern is their i.t. Needs serious updating -couldn't;t fault SP on their site or billing whenI could enter meter readings as often as I liked when and credit or debit could adjust and update within 24 hours or sooner.
