Help with Land Charges Act Bankruptcy Search form (K18)

My son is buying his first property and I am gifting him £30K towards the purchase. He has is own deposit money and a mortgage approved for the balance of the purchase price. I have been sent and completed two forms from his solicitor: Gifted Deposit Confirmation and Declaration of Solvency. I am not nor ever have been bankrupt. The solicitor has now sent him a Land Charges Act, 1972 K18 form. This lists both his full name and my full name with the statement "No Subsisting Entries" against each. However, it also has an entry with details of (presumably) a bankruptcy of someone with just the same surname. The form has been overstamped by the solicitor with words to the effect that both I and my son confirm the entry neither relates to me or to a relation and I have to sign and date and return to the solicitor.
Is this normal? I don't understand why is there just one entry with the same surname; it's not an unusual surname so one would expect there to many matches of bankrupts in the UK with the same surname so why single out just one?

Thanks. Not worrying and will sign as requested. Just curious to know why the search has just generated this one (surname only) entry in addition to the "all clear" entries for me and my son.0
