Hello all, I ordered some Windows and doors from a company, paying a deposit. I cancelled the order within the 14 day cooling off period a per the contract. I contacted the company who said they would refund me. I have been waiting 2 months, after numerous calls, emails still no joy. I contacted Citizens Advice who advised I am entitled to a refund. I'm mot sure where to go now, as they dont answer the phone, or its kust empty promises. Has anyone had any issues or successful refunds with the company Love Windows Ltd? Thanks

    Hopefully you paid by credit card. If yes then simply raise a Section 75 claim.

    If you paid by debit card then raise a chargeback claim.

    Yes. It's called a Section 75 claim because it refers to Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
