Third Party Suppliers
Can someone guide me please. We are with Scottish Power for dual fuel, in November we had smart meters installed by their third party installer. Things did not go to plan (being polite) and have complained as high as I can with Scottish Power. They say that I should complain directly to the third party supplier as the contract is with me to them (the third party) not me to Scottish Power.
I simply cannot believe this can be correct ( I did not choose them or sign any contract with them) hence I seek some advice from this site please.
Many thanks

Your contract is with Scottish Power. There is no contractual link from you to the installation company.
A quick how to complain - just to see if you have missed any avenues is at https://www.telegraph.co.uk/bills-and-utilities/gas-electric/scottish-power-make-customer-services-listen-complaint/0 -
Thank you for allowing me to gain my sanity back !!0
