    No links provided by me to the LGO stuff as it's already posted recently.

    I already said that these are there for the searching and we deliberately make newbies use the forum to find thing (you will be glad of the skill as you work your way through this case):
    You need to search the forum to read the Kent Council LGO complaint case to read what the LGO said about Councils acting as if they can let private firms run their owned land as if it were subject to contract law.

    Use advanced search (this forum only) and SHOW RESULTS AS POSTS (not threads).

    My suggested search keywords (never a sentence, always just 2 or 3 words) would be LGO Kent and I am confident that the second result under this thread, will be the one you need.
