Hi guys.
I've tried to use my laptop this morning and have a completely blank, blue screen. I accidentally left it running when I used it yesterday, and it was on the sofa.
Now I'm wondering if something major has gone wrong making it unecconomical to repair.
It's a 4 - 5 year old HP.
I'm am not very tech savvy, but I've read that it could be a driver issue or could have overheated. Does anyone have any idea what the repair costs for something like this might be? Or would I be better off replacing it? It hasn't had any other problems.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

On the sofa? Blocking the vents? I'm sure that you would have been warned about such things.
Have you tried holding down the power button for fifteen seconds to turn it off, removing the battery, for a few seconds, replacing it and then switching the laptop on again?0 -
