Yes he has filed a counter claim he has filed for cost of work to date £9193 - interest £435 cost of dealing with Cobra a debt collection agent who went on my behalf as I live at the other end of the country., Court Costs. The date of completion was discussed over the phone in the presence of my daughter and also later on in emails where he did not dispute the timescale.0

Not the most sensible thing to do. A solicitors letter is often far more effective.
What is done is done though. They usually send letters and nothing else. Dealing with letters would be a normal business expense so not claimable.0 -
