Easy solution, buy the car for 4.8k. Sell it to a dealer for 4.8k with the agreement you will buy back for 6.8k. Then you'll have the protection you want.0 -

If it was an auction for a used vehicle and you were told that the sale of goods act doesn't apply or goods are sold as seen you'd have zero rights anyway and that clause only has to be mentioned in the auction catalogue or website bidding terms, not on the individual listing.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
