EON On line account and large print paper bills

I'm a MSE forum newbie and looking to start becoming energy smart by opening an EON online account.

When I checked the EON online FAQs it said I could opt for paper billing, but the T & Cs for opening an account said, "agree to online billing. Which is it?

Can I open an online account and keep the larger print paper billing, that I receive at the moment?

If any discount is lost, I will have to put that on the con side. :eek:

I don't think you get any discount with e.on for online/paperless. Once you've set up an online account you can opt back in to paper bills.

Hello binao and thanks for setting up an online account.

You can certainly have both an online account and paper bills. Once logged in, please choose 'update my details' from the 'Manage your Details' section and then 'change how you receive your bills' from the next page. You'll be able to choose either paper bills or a paperless account. Once you hit submit the change will go through within 24 hours.

No discount is lost whatever choice you make. As stewie_griffin says, we no longer give discount for paperless billing.

Spot on stewie_griffin. We took away discounts for paperless billing last year.

As above, customers with online accounts can opt in or out of paperless billing at any time. Those going for paperless receive emails to let them know a bill is ready to view.
