Plaster splashes

Hi
We recently got some plastering done. Some of the plaster water has splashed onto brickwork.
Any ideas on how to remove it? I tried hot water and a scrubbing brush but did not work.

Inside or exterior brickwork?
If exterior then you'll need an acid based cleaner, try Everbuild 401.0 -
