I've seen it happen quite often with the major email providers, if a certain number of people report something as spam the provider treats all emails from the same email address as spam, sometimes it's permanent and sometimes it's a temporary block. So if myself and say 500 other people all marked emails from muscle foods as spam then they get added to a mass spam list for all users.
