Taste card why pay when same on Meerkat

The Taste Card recently has lost a lot of the smaller restaurants on its site. It seems now to be a total waste of money as the Meerkat 2 for 1 almost mirrors the tastecard restaurants and is a much cheaper option.

I concur In the main Taste Card only list the chain restaurants where there is often a promotion on the web. Many of the smaller independent restaurants in our area has disappeared from the list. Also the Meerkat app covers most of the same restaurants and chains on Tastecard. I will not be renewing my tastecard subscription when it expires next month

It's all rather rubbish. You aint getting nothing for free. Royalties Gold from RBS started this 20 years ago. It was rubbish then and it is now. Wake up and smell the coffeee.

I agree - restaurants vastly overprice their menus so they can include a whole selection of offers such as 2-4-1 that are only bringing the price down to a sensible level. People think they're getting a bargain when generally they're still overpaying for the amount and quality of food on offer.
