Fixed term saving non UK address

Hello, I am from the UK but live in Portugal. All income is generated within the UK and deposited into my UK bank. Martin's newsletters list fixed term savings accounts, but as I do not have a UK address, with the exception of the Union Bank of India, I am not eligible to apply for these accounts. Any ideas which UK banks or financial institutions will accept my Pounds Sterling? Three year term probably most interested in and I have no family or friends living in the UK to use as a surrogate address.
Thank you.
Thank you.
