Electric & gas bill!! Massive bill

I have a couple of business electricity contracts - there are some basic similarities - give us some info .

I dont have my meter readings at hand. Can get them in the morning.
I have been paying £200 for over a year with them & the ctually credited my account just over £300 afew months ago as they said I was paying too much.

If you have a set dd how can they take such a gret amount. Nearly had a heart attack when I looked at my account today

Just like the domestic setup DD are only a guess - the actual amount of your consumption must be paid for.

Get your figures together in the morning. inc the date of the contract and the tariffs being charged.

Scan your bill and redact the private details and post on this site via imgur or similar making an obvious error in the file path.
