If you knew who they were, you could complain to the creditor. If they come again at 5am, ask which creditor they represent, then tell them to push off until 6am.The comments I post are my personal opinion. Given that the OP has "Quite a lot of debt and ccjs" I am going to stick my neck out here and say we only have one side of the story, and this isnt the first time these people have visited OP.
I dont blame them for trying at a time they know the debtor is going to be home. If I was owed money I would expect the bailiffs to do all they could to facilitate a speedy recovery.0
