Welcome to the ‘Nakd Valentine’s Day’ competition (“Competition”). Before you enter the Competition, we would like to make some arrangements with you in relation to the Competition which are set out in the present terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). When you participate in this Competition, we assume that you have agreed with these Terms and Conditions or have asked your parents or legal guardians to do so.
1. The Competition is open for natural persons, acting for purposes outside their business or profession. Entrants must be aged 16 or over and be residents of the United Kingdom. In case you have not yet reached the age of 18, we ask you to contact your parents or your legal guardians and make sure that they allow you to participate in the Competition. If not, the Promotor has the right to cancel your participation. The Promotor may request proof of your parent’s/legal guardian’s consent. The Competition is not open for: (a)employees of the Promotor and their families in the first remove; (b) associated companies with the Promotor; (c) Promoter’s agents, and (d) anyone professionally connected with the Competition. The Promotor reserves the right to exclude any entrant from the Competition and/or not attribute the prize and/or to cancel all or part of the Competition, without any liability on the part of the Promotor, in case of breach by a participant of these Terms and Conditions and/or if the Promotor, in its sole discretion, believes that the entrant has acted or has the intention of acting in a dishonest or fraudulent manner or in bad faith.
2. No purchase is required to enter the Competition.
3. Entries are only possible via the internet, either from a mobile device or computer and at least internet access is required in order to participate to the Competition. Entrants can watch the video on the Promotor’s social media account: this video is on Instagram only. To enter the Competition, each entrant must respond to the Instagram Story video or image via direct message with their name and location.
4. Multiple entries are not allowed and will not be considered.
5. The Competition starts at 15.00 GMT Tuesday 12th 2019 and the closing date for receipt of all entries is 12.00 GMT Wednesday 13th February 2019. Any entry after this date and time will not be taken into account for the selection of awarding the prize and will be automatically disqualified.
6. The selection will take place after the closing date of the Competition and the winner will be announced on Wednesday 13th February between 12.00 and 17.00 GMT and the winner will be contacted during said timing via Instagram direct message.
7. The prize is as follows:
- The winner will receive a flower bouquet with Nakd bars, including free delivery in the United Kingdom.
The prize is non-transferrable, cannot be substituted for any other prize and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter has the right to replace the announced prize with a prize of comparable value and characteristics when such replacement should be deemed necessary.
8. The Promoter undertakes reasonable efforts to notify the winner. The Promoter cannot be held liable if the entrant cannot be contacted due to an error in the entrant’s personal information as provided to the Promotor or due to any third party’s fault. Upon receipt of the notification of the Promotor, the winner will be required to reply and provide further contact details in order to be eligible to collect the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not reply within 1 hour from when the first message by the Promotor is sent or fails to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions, the winner may, in the Promotor’s discretion, be deemed to forfeit the prize and the Promotor reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the same selection process as stipulated in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
9. The Promotor has the right but not the obligation to publish the name and county of residence of the winner on the Promotor’s social media accounts once contact has been established in post event publicity.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters relating to the Competition. The Promotor cannot be held liable in the event specific circumstances require the Promotor to modify or annul the Competition and/or the prize. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotor excludes any and all liability for direct or indirect damages caused by the Promotor in the organisation of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting content which it believes is not genuinely obtained or is deemed prohibited and to disqualify entrants in case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or if fraud would compromise the integrity of the Competition, as determined by the Promotor in its sole discretion.
11. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to release Facebook, Instagram and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the Competition and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. All entrants must abide by Facebook’s and Instagram’s terms of use and acknowledge to have read, understood and agree to be bound by their own privacy policy. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Facebook, nor Instagram.
13. The Promotor will act in accordance with existing data protection laws in order to respect your privacy and to protect the personal data you provide us with. By entering the Competition, you agree to the manner in which we collect and process personal data. The personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Competition and to contact you in case you have won a prize, and if the case may be, to enjoy the prize. In view of enjoying the prize, you will be asked to provide details such as your personal e-mail address, full name, a valid and full home address and telephone number. In the case that you are the winner, your name and county of residence may be made public on the Promotor’s social media accounts for advertising purposes.
14. The Competition is governed by the laws of England and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
15. The Promoter is Natural Balance Foods Ltd, Drakes Drive, Crendon Industrial Park, Long Crendon, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP18 9BA, United Kingdom. For any questions in relation to the Competition, you can contact the Promotor by e-mail at nakddoodle@eatnakd.com. For the purposes of organising this Competition, including posting videos in relation to this Competition, managing the Competition, announcing and contacting the winner as well as distributing the prize, Promotor may rely on the services of Wavemaker London, 18 Upper Ground, London, SE1 9ET, United Kingdom (+44 207 803 2000) to whom the entrant’s personal data may be communicated only in the framework of this Competition.

i don't know how to DM though

Their Instagram story has 3 sections to it - the first second says "valentines competition", second section says to send name and location and 3rd section says "mind blown". 1st and 3rd section have a "send message" box at the bottom (second section just shows T&Cs at the bottom with no option to send a message) so i've filled that in on the 3rd section. hopefully that'll do!
