Recommend a window tint film for upstairs room

One of our side windows upstairs is now my office and I spend a lot of time in there as i work part time from home. We have wooden venetian blinds (and no nets). One of next doors windows faces our window and most days i catch their son looking out, through into our office. Its not a huge problem as i know he has slight learning issues, but it still invades our privacy a little. Id like to tint the window on the inside, just enough to stop prying eyes in but still let light in (like the film used on car windows)

Can anyone recommend a decent film, we'd only need about 1m square

How about a very fine voile panel? Nothing like 'granny's knickers' net curtains - they let in plenty of light but will block laddies vision.

The trouble with window film is that it lets you see through from the darkest side to the lightest. So evenings if the light is on people outside can see in.

They already have blinds they can close at night time.

Yes Venetian blinds, they could alter the angles to prevent people looking in. But the question and my answer were about window film.
