Charged multiple times by contactless parking machine
Hi,
For the 2nd time now, my bank statement is showing that I have been charged twice for buying a parking ticket at a pay & display car park.
There are 2 card payment machines in the car park, one of which allows contactless payments. On the 2 occasions this has happened, I'm fairly sure it's been with the contactless machine.
Apart from not paying by contactless again, is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks
