Switching energy suppliers
Comments

You will have to pay for energy used right up to the day of the sale, so if you can get it cheaper by switching then it will be worth it0

Probably.
You have no idea how long the house sale will take so you could be saving money by switching now. Switching normally takes between 17 to 35 days, I doubt the house sale will be that fast.
Also energy deals are linked to the property so when you do sell and move out, the energy deal ends too without penalties to you.0 -
YES - Switch, you don't know how long it will be before your house sale is completed
Be aware that although most providers regard a house sale as a "Get-out-of-jail-free" card so far as Penalty Fee's on a fixed term tariff are concerned, some do not
So apart from the tariff prices of any new prospective supplier, check the small print0
