Parcel2Go

Hi

Has anyone had any problems with getting parcel2go to payout for an insured parcel that has damaged by their courier?

I sent some speakers in late November that arrived damaged. The person who I sold them to sent me some pictures and the speakers looked like they had been dropped from height onto a hard floor.

I have sent lots of information should parcel2go's rather confusing document uploading system and they have constantly fobbed me off, saying that I not sent the correct information or asking for additional When I go on their live chat (you appear not to be able to contact them directly) I've been told that either the insurance can't be paid because it is over £100 and a manager has to authorise it or the claims team are not around.....

The information I sent them is the:
Cost of buying the speakers
What cost when they were sold
Pictures of the packaging that was used
Pictures of the damage to the speakers
A statement from the person who bought the speakers saying that they were damaged when he received them

They have tried to time me out from claiming, which I've rejected.

If you've had any similar issues with them, I'd be interested to know what happened and how you resolved the issue.

I'm thinking about what my next moves are, maybe small
claims court?

Regards
B
