A wise man said to be with house buying, if you have found the property that you like and wish to stay in for some years - then don't worry about paying something like 10k extra or if you lucky getting it 10k cheaper as a example to secure a property. You win some and lose some. Grand scheme of things and all that, got to look at the complete picture.0
