HSBC - USD to GBP Account

Hi,
I have a HSBC Business Bank account and have over 50,000 USD and EURO that I need to convert to GBP. I hold accounts with HSBC UK in both €, $ and £. I would like suggestions as the most economical way to do this? Do I transfer direct to my GBP account, as is there a way to reduce their huge conversion fees?

Use transferwise or worldfirst to convert it. Never ever use bank to convert the currency. Bank currency exchange rate is very bad.0
