insurance for converted van

My daughter is considering buying a van & having it converted to live in. Anyone got any info on insurers that cover this sort of policy to get an idea of price?

She is 22 with 3 points on licence (speeding 2 years ago)

Depends on the conversion, being under 25 maybe a problem though.

If your converting a van then you can get insurance fairly cheap (far cheaper than insuring a van) but you need to do the conversion within a set timeframe (2 or 3 months and they may require proof) and it needs to have certain things like a built in water supply and a bed( terms vary).

Many thanks, She has been researching the conversion & it would be properly done etc.
I had wondered about age & the 1st company she tried today wouldnt quote as under 25. Then tried Adrianflux who were willing to insure in region of 2k obviously dependant on actual van.
