  • Very frustrating as he was adamant what I wrote didn’t make sense and was wrong anyway. I don’t know if it’s worth appealing, how much does that cost?

Does that matter if you have a good chance of getting it back if you get the decision reversed, (and the judge perhaps given "more guidance")?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

As i said on pepipoo, that is clearly NOT your defence, and isnt even a WS. I have no idea what it is meant to be - the closest it is is to a Skeleton Argument.

I have another case for the same problem on the 28th, can somebody have a look at my defence.
Why didn't you get them consolidated into one hearing like I told you:
You need to mention it again in the WS and in a covering letter asking for consolidation, until your Judge notices and consolidates the claims into one hearing.
Presumably your car didn't break down twice so what's this other hearing about?

Which court? If it's Swansea you had little chance from the off!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I did and they agreed because it’s two charges it should be two separate cases (??)

The car went in to the car park 8pm and came out 9am the next day and I got a charge for the day it went in and the day it came out
  • Nosferatu, it is my fault for not folllowing up on the thread and properly structuring a real defence. I have a witness statement which I didn’t put in the post. Definitely too late to change it but it’s a lesson learnt. But I am looking to appeal
