Hello
PJ Heaven is a small company selling old fashion pyjamas on the internet, the sort of thing that one would give for Christmas.
Just a word of warnings to everyone, don't use them!
I have just received an order that I placed with PJ Heaven on 8/10 (I think the parcel was lost by Royal Mail).
When initially the parcel failed to arrive I queried it with PJ Heaven who refused to process a refund stating that always investigate failed deliveries because of possible fraud (and the tone of the email was rude, implying I was a possible fraudsters, in spite of being a repeated customer!).
Obviously it is PJ Heaven's responsibility to ensure that the order is delivered to me within 30 days (which in this case it was not), and not for me to have to prove I am not committing fraud!
(a far cry from Amazon who were prepared to send out a second camera when the first was only one day late!).

Hi Terra_ferma.
Just did a Google search on PJ Heaven / PJHeaven as i'm bitterly disappointed with there lack of customer service and more importantly there increasing ability to keep your money when either goods are not received or you return for a refund....glad I found your thread as no one should buy from this home-based business.
This has recently happened to me, no refund on goods sent back - I have a traceable record of the goods arriving back to them but they ignore all correspondence from me - no refund to my credit card has been received therefore i've been advised to pursue a fraud claim on the company.
I'm guessing they must be going into receivership and i'd recommend that you, like me, put together an ultimatum stating that they must declare there close of business otherwise legal action will be sought.
All the best to you,
Gina.
