I understand that SIPPs can reclaim the 15% Withholding Tax on US dividend paying shares, but not all do

Which SIPPs actually do and have been confirmed to claim this back and which dont?

US withholding tax on dividends is set at 30%, not 15%. One can reduce it to 15% using a W-8BEN thanks to the UK-US double taxation treaty, but a SIPP should be able to reclaim all of it because it is a recognised pension.

Thanks, yes I am aware, but my question was which SIPPs do, as I understand not all do

I'm not sure I've seen a comprehensive list of who does and doesn't.
