Outfox the Market - no statements
I have been with Outfox the Market since August last year and not received or able to view on their (poorly designed) website any statements. The direct debits have been paid and are showing on the website though.I submit meter readings every month.
Anyone else in a similar position?

No, but I have read other similar comments. Have you contacted them to complain/request the statements? Are there no statements there to download, or can you just not view the page?
Unless you want to risk waiting a month or more for a reply, you're better off phoning them to fix it.0 -

The website works fine, but there are no statements to download or view. I am not too bothered as I have all my meter readings (and they are on the website surprisingly) and my payments are up to date. I just wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same problem. If it goes on another few months I'll contact them.0 -

I had this problem initially so contacted them on live chat and they said the first statement had to be generated manually then all others are automatic, i then got the statement the next day.
Just contact them on live chat and ask and they should sort it out quickly.
But their prices have increased substantially so you might be better off looking into a switch because they were no longer anywhere near the cheapest for me from January.0
