Moving funds into an ISA

So, it's been a pretty bad year savings wise and I've used none of this years ISA allowance.
I've got about 100k in various ETFs and funds and I'm thinking of cashing in about 20k and moving them into a S&S ISA. Is there anything to watch out for in doing this? It would all be under AJ Bell, is it possible to simply move from one account to another or do they have to be sold and rebought?
Advice welcomed...

You can't move funds into an ISA, they have to be sold and rebought. The platform may have offers for doing this. The only exception is for sharesave schemes but that wouldn't apply hereRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

Check to see if they can do a 'bed and isa'0

Oh, thank you. Bed and ISA it is then.
(Something I'd heard of but never looked in to what it was).0
