Hi. Please be kind, I'm new to this lol.
I usually have an excellent credit score on experian. Checked it randomly today as we're looking at buying a house this year and it's gone down to fair 😔.
The factors it is stating are :
You've closed all of your credit accounts with high credit limits
You're using more credit accounts, not including mortgages
You've closed all your revolving credit accounts and so are using no credit.
Now none of the above is true and they also contradict each other.....
I did take out 2new phone contracts in November. Do you think this has brought it down instead of the above factors, and if so how many months will it take to recover. All my bills are paid on time every month.
Thanks for any advice you can give.

Don't worry.
Your credit score is just a made up number and not an indicator of anything. It's never seen or used by anyone.
As long as your accounts show correctly, there's nothing you need do.0 -
Really? Why is such a big deal made of it then?0

It drives traffic to the CRA websites and helps sell score improvement services. They know people like numbers, especially ones that change often.
Lenders will only ever look at your credit history. They look for good credit management.0 -
Here - have some of mine
Seriously, as above ignore it.0
