Shower from scratch fitting

Options
Hello,

How much sounds reasonable to fit a shower from scratch over a bath? I will be buying the shower so it will be for fitting and any pipes cables or whatever is needed.

Also, I have a combi boiler if that makes any difference?

Thanks

  • Pipes? Cables? Combi?

Is it an electric shower? What size is it? Assume no existing electrical supply? What does the wall back on to? Where's the nearest cold water supply? And hot if it's not electric? Does it have a pump?

Basically, how long's a piece of string?

Need to look at tiling or wall cladding, shower tray, shower waste and trap, type of shower you got (some showers are easier to fit then others). The cost will come from adjusting the pipework mainly as hot and cold feeds will already be there and the drain.

Ask some builders/bathroom fitters/plumbers for quotes.
