Send a Data Rectification notice to the DPO at Britannia to make sure they use your correct address. Now that you have posted your updated defence, someone will look at it and review/critique it but it is a busy board so don't be too disheartened if you have to wait. Yyou have until 27th February to file your defence. If you want e-mail notice, I believe you have to tick a box in your profile. Alternatively, check the forum every now and again.

Update - BW legal have sent me a letter stating 'notice of pending county court judgement' stating I have failed to respond with any proposals for payment or the reasons why the debt is disputed'. This is despite me completing MCOL's AOS for both claims?...
Several people got that letter, discussed here:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/75510066#Comment_75510066

Email a copy of it to the SRA (Solicitors' Regulation Authority) and complain that BW Legal are misleading people who have acknowledged their claim early and in good time, which puts pressure on people to think they have done something wrong and that they are about to get a CCJ because they've not yet defended. Highly misleading and unacceptable and certainly not worded as a fair reminder to defend.
Additionally Britannia have sent my SAR to my old address. BW legal have sent all correspondence to my current address so I'm wondering if i can work this to my advantage saying I haven't received it within the time frame, due to their own fault or something?
Send an online complaint to the Information Commissioner, that Britannia are using what they know is an old address (do they know?) for a SAR of all things, where they need to get the data right!

Your defence looks good to go.

You actually sent your Defence by Royal Mail to the CCBC?

If so, I would file a corrected version this evening using the guidance offered in post #7 above.

In the email include a line something like "please ignore any subsequent version of my Defence you might receive by Royal Mail".

    Any update available on this?
