Hi there,
My family has a London Grange and Branches sideboard (a few nicks and scratches on it) which they need to remove to make space.
I wanted to see if anyone has heard of this brand as I'm having difficulty finding anything online as to how much it could be worth?

Thanks!

French company, early 1900's.
Without seeing the whole item can't match it to Google images / auctions.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Saf,
A lot of antique furniture isn't worth a lot at the moment. I've just cleared my Mums house and the 1900's dining table & chairs that she paid £2.5k for in the '90's went for £80!
It may ne that Grange is more desireable, but the advice I got was that it had to be really old to be worth anything.0 -

Sadly very true.
As you say certain items and styles can be sought after but otherwise most "brown furniture" unless exceptionally high end is worth depressingly little.0 -
Thanks guys.

You're not looking at very much for this, it's not in great condition with the scratches and wear on the top, however someone will want it for upcycling.
Try it on gumtree or fb marketplace, you might get 40 quid for it.
Personally, I wouldn't pay more than 30, but I am a cheapskateNon me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I'd offer it to a charity that renovates furniture and sells on.0

if you are in that there London stick it on Gumtree for £100, some trendy hipster will take it and sell it on for £1000. Reference: BBC programme 'Money for Nothing'0

Thanks again everyone. Yeah, the scratches and marks aren't ideal! Ah, well...0
