Neighbours gutters making my walls wet

Options
Hello everyone.

I live in a row of small (detached) victorian houses. But the gaps between the houses is really narrow, and there is only one passage per house (that is one wall of my property is only accessible via my neighbours land).

Unfortunately, one of my neighbours has guttering which is experiencing a noisy waterfall onto my land and is making parts of the external wall of my house wet (and has removed the pointing on their wall in the same place). This is potentially very bad due to the timber flooring. Mentioned it to the neighbour but he doesn't seem too interested

Any suggestions?
