Kidstart not paying

We started to use KIDSTART, the cashback site, many months ago for several of our purchases
We have followed all the instructions and quite a bit of money has cleared, but they are not paying us. Email after email they keep acknowledging we should get our money, reassuring us and deferring but NOTHING IS COMING THROUGH.
We suspect something is really wrong.
Anyone having the same experience?
I just saw a very recent review on Trustpilot stating the same issue.

Just wanted to post an update.
Kidstart worked and paid in the end. It takes many, many months to finally get the money but in the end it works out.
The procedure by which they pay is not the most obvious and currently Amazon is not working with them, but money comes through. You can make hundreds in a year.0
