Natwest Credit Card disappears from Online Banking & Experian!!

I was checking my Natwest Online Banking, and I noticed that my Credit Card disappeared from the accounts overview.
Yesterday, when I reordered my Creditexpert Report (as it is still within the 30 day trial), I did notice that the Natwest Credit Card no longer shows up. I thought it must be just an error, so I ignored it.
What happened...? They did not cancel my account did they? I have always been paying my bills in full, never late payments etc.
