    Job's a good'n. Took about 2hrs. The fitter looked the spitting image of Dom Jolly!

    I was very lucky really. He could have just secured it to the wall, which was all he was called out to do, but a little polite persuasion reaped rewards.

    what's bonding, so I know if I should be concerned?

    I dont know you think he would have brushed the dashing off, where the brick dust from drilling has settled............you just cant get the tradesmen anymore, lol!
  • Hi there, the best thing to do in that situation is contact your Gas supplier. Tell them you want to change your meter from a credit meter to pre-payment meter. This will be done free of charge. Then down the line you can change it back or change Gas supplier and they can re-fit a new meter. This will be done Free. I worked for E-On for about 2 years.. Good luck
