sending tv progs to my parents in hong kong

hi folk wa swondering if you could help me. my parents moved to hong kong and i was wondering if anyone knew how i could send them their favorite program of the bill over to them.

i think i would use icq as it sends at 1mb. its just getting the programme off my skyplus and on to and into a format for my PC.

can anyone help me please ?

  • The only way i've got stuff off my sky+ box before is by plugging in my DVD recorder and putting it on DVD.. then I rip it into ipod/DivX format

    There's no way to pull the files off directly

    ICQ sends at 1MB???

    If your uploads from your ISP are limited to 256kbps, then you are unlikely to be uploading any quicker through ICQ. It would take hours to upload each program.
