TalkTalk Reporting Incorrect Name - Won't Remove

Hi All,
I really need some advice and guidance please. I will be going for a mortgage in about 7 months time.
I took it upon myself to check my credit file last week. I signed up to TalkTalk years ago and have never had any reason to contact them. I have always paid my bill on time and never had any issue with the service.
When I checked my credit file, I noticed TalkTalk under a different name. After talking to Talk Talk they have stated that there was a misunderstanding when signing me up. They changed the name on my account to correct one.
I raised a dispute with Equifax over this, but TalkTalk are STILL refusing to correct my credit file with the correct name. They asked for a utility bill with my name on it, but I live with my brother (he owns the house) and proof of ID.
I sent them my passport, driving licence, a bank statement (the TalkTalk payment has always came out of this), and an invoice from Giffgaff with my correct name and address on it, but they have returned and said this is still not enough.
What can I do to get this corrected? I am worried this will screw up my mortgage application. Please advice.

Formal complaint to Talk Talk saying they are inaccurately reporting your personal data.. If they still refuse to correct it refer them to the Information Commissioner (ICO)0
