Beware of using this company which is owned by Domonic Boorman. I have also issued a warning under his name on another post. Whilst his work is a good standard, when he is on site (which is irregular). He is full of excuses. If someone does want to use his services I would strongly advise only pay him when the job is complete. Preferably by cheque! He walked off the job and still owes us £1,304 in respect of a refund. Be warned !!!

It would be better to tell the whole story, otherwise there's nothing concrete there that proves what you aledge in fact there are references to kybotech and you've already been given some advice. What was the reason the builder walked out.
This doesn't sound as straightforward as you seem to be saying.

In response to your comments regarding the above person. We employed him to work in our garden and we wanted a little summerhouse. Unfortunately we allowed him to place the order on our behalf and paid money directly to him. Unfortunately we ordered from Garden Buildings Direct and the summerhouse unfit for purpose and we rejected it. The refund was paid directly into Boorman's bank account because he placed the order. At first he kept denying the money was in his bank, but eventually admitted the money was used to pay some of his debts, but he promised to refund it as soon as he sorted himself out. Needless to say we are still waiting!

He also walked off the job leaving work outstanding, which he was paid for/ We had to order another summerhouse from another company, pay professionals to erect it, and then varnish it ourselves.

He turned up when he felt like it, brought 'helpers' who were useless, and kept asking for more money!

We later discovered that this person has taken money from other customers but they were left out of pocket.

So I do not file a report on a ROGUE TRADER without having good reason to, and this is a warning to others to stay clear of Domonic Boorman (Salamander Garden and Landscape) if he is still trading.
