I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Starts at £9,000, but if they're trying for £400 for each of the 150 tickets, then it's 60 grand! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It is but I imagine there will be serious questions as to why he didn't deal with it earlier. He could and should have dealt with this much sooner.
I hope he has deep pockets because this could get expensive.0 -
I like the way he's speaking in his post BUT (drumroll) assumption is the mother of all F*** UPS!!!!!!
He might learn this the hard way.0 -
I hope the guy pulls this off, but there seems a degree of complacency (possibly from not understanding all the private parking/residential lease issues) that might not help him, further on into the process. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I fear he's not taking it seriously enough. First post was a bit too "jokey" for the seriousness of the matter. And they he went and submitted an appalling initial defence in response to the claim.
He's making it very much harder for himself. And not answering the key questions either such as what lease says, how much the claim is for, etc.
I'd like to be proven wrong, but I have a bad feeling about this one.0 -
I suspect that there will be little future contact with the OP and we'll not see the outcome, unless the press get hold of it.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
