Pre Payment Meter question

Apologies if this question has already been posted. I am a Scottish Power customer and used to have a Card Meter back in the day but now have a Key Meter. When it was installed, I seem to remember being told by the engineer that any price increases applied by the provider would be done by SP themselves and without the requirement of a visit to the home to implement this. Ideal for me as it's a pain for me to arrange single half days/full days off work.
Is this still the case with SP price increases for those with these meters?
Thanks, folks!

Yes.. They update tariff changes etc at the Paypoint automatically when you present your key. .No need for meter readers to come and do anythingNOTHINGISFOREVER wrote: »Apologies if this question has already been posted.
